GABA Oolong Organic
This is a genuinely delicious oolong, and that is the first reason to drink it. The unusual way it is made gives it a flavour unlike any other oolong I sell: a smooth, amber cup, gently spicy, with roasted chestnut, sour cherry and dark chocolate, rounded off with a caramel sweetness. It is a loose-leaf organic tea, and one of my best-sellers; people find it and keep coming back.
Now, the GABA part, since it is in the name, and may be why you are here. GABA, or gamma-aminobutyric acid, is a compound that occurs naturally in tea leaves, and one your body makes on its own too. What makes a GABA tea is the processing: the leaves are worked in an oxygen-free, nitrogen-rich environment, which raises their natural GABA to the level a tea has to reach before it can be called a GABA tea, well above an ordinary cup.
I will be honest with you about the rest, because I would rather you trusted me. This is a tea, not a supplement. Questions remain about how much GABA your body actually takes up from a drink. So I am not going to make you any promises about what it will do; I am a tea seller, not a doctor. There is a great deal written about GABA if you would like to read up and make your own mind up. What I will happily stand behind is the delicious flavour of the cup itself.
It is a proper tea, so there is caffeine in it, and it is lovely without milk.
