Yin Zhen 'Silver Needle' Organic

One of the 10 famous teas of China, Yin Zhen or Silver Needle from Fujian China, is considered by many to be the finest white tea. For Silver Needle, only young buds from the Da Bai (Big White) varietal are picked in early Spring, giving the tea its striking needle-like appearance. White teas are characterised by their light, spontaneous oxidation that results in a delicate sweetness and a slight nuttiness. Expect a very pale liquor and a delightful aroma, with good body.

Brewing Notes || 1.5 teaspoon per cup, 85ºC, brew for 4 minutes.
