Traditionally drunk as a digestive after a meal, but also as a relaxant to relieve stress and calm nerves, which all sounds pretty perfect after the excesses of the holiday season! I’m a big fan of this infusion after dinner. Delicious on its own, but can be sweetened with honey or agave, and try adding a little fresh mint.
