Green Rooibos Organic

Unoxidised 'green' Organic Rooibos from South Africa. Naturally caffeine-free, high in Vitamin C and rich in antioxidants. Expect a light, refreshing brew with grassy notes. Aromatic and more delicate than traditional red Rooibos. This green rooibos is processed much like a traditional green tea, and heat is applied soon after plucking to kill the enzymes in the leaf and stop them from oxidising. This keeps the vibrant green colour (and taste) of the freshly picked leaves.
