Aged Jasmine Silver Needle
A light buttery soft white tea from Guangxi, China. The young buds, or silver needles, were picked in the Spring of 2013, and scented with fresh Jasmine flowers before being pressed into a cake or Beeng in 2016. Since then they have been maturing, developing floral jasmine notes layered over sweet caramel, and nuttier, classic white tea flavours. Perfect for multiple infusions.
We have broken up the Beengs to fit in the slide tins, so you may find some ‘clusters’, this is normal. The whole cakes (Beeng) are approx 200g each.

Brewing Notes || 1.5 teaspoon per cup, 85ºC, brew for 4 minutes.
