A powerful tea with great depth of flavour, from Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) in Anhui, China. This tea is from the same varietal as the famous green tea, Huangshan Mao Feng and shares its long leaves and gentle sweetness. An early harvest tea, it is picked in the Spring. Expect nutty woody notes, a wine-like quality and a biscuit sweetness. This tea is strong enough to drink with milk, and smooth enough to enjoy without.
